Playschool, LKG, UKG and Class I

Note: Late applications are liable to be rejected. Issue of application form does not amount to offer of admission.
LKG: Parents who seek transfer admission for their children shall submit a true copy of Date of Birth Certificate and a recent passport size photograph of the child, along with Application form.
UKG: Parents who seek transfer admission for their children shall submit a true LKG study certificate, copy of Date of Birth Certificate and a recent passport size photograph of the child, along with Application form.
Class I: Parents who seek transfer admission for their children shall submit a true copy of UKG study certificate, Date of Birth Certificate and a recent passport size photograph of the child, along with Application form. Eligible candidates will be called for an Entrance Test in English and Maths.
Class II: Parents who seek transfer admission for their children shall submit a true copy of Class I Marks Sheet, and a recent passport size photograph of the child, along with Application form. Eligible candidates will be called for an Entrance Test in English, Maths and Hindi.
Age specification for Admission

The above age criterion is as per Government of Karnataka’s latest order No. EP 387 PGC 2022 dated 15-11-2022.
As per this order a child should have completed 6 years of age by May 31, 2026 when joining Class I for the academic year 2026-27.
Over-aged and under-aged children will not be considered for admission.
- A true copy of the date of birth certificate has to be submitted with the Application form.
- One recent passport size photograph of the child has to be pasted on the Application form at the allotted space. Old photos will be rejected.
- A recent photograph of both parents taken together with the child concerned (rectangular shape – width 8 cm x height 6 cm) has to be submitted at the time of admission. Old photographs are not accepted.
- No change in the date of birth will be permitted, once an admission is made. In other words, parents should be aware that the date of birth entered in the School records will remain the same at all times and is immutable.
Both parents should be present at the time of the admission of the child. This is mandatory.
Transfer Admissions – Class XI
Parents can collect the Requisition Forms for Class XI admission from the School Office from January 2026 onwards.
Transfer Admissions – Class III to IX
Registration forms will be issued from February 3rd 2026 and eligible candidates will be intimated by 5th April.
Parents who seek transfer admission for their children shall submit the following along with Registration form.
- A true copy of the marks/grades of the final qualifying exam/test to determine the eligibility of a candidate.
- Proof of Job transfer of Parent or change of residence.
- And a recent passport size photograph for all the classes.
Eligible candidates will be called for an Entrance Test in English, Maths and Hindi.
Note: All admission-related transactions will be from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday) on working days.
